Registered Dental Hygienist

• Dawn was born in San Jose and has been in the field of dentistry since 2005.
• She graduated from the Foothill College Hygiene Program where she, in addition to her hygiene curriculum, focused on community health outreach including smoking cessation programs and elementary school visits to emphasize hygiene education.
• Dawn spent many hours volunteering clinically to provide dental hygiene care to children in local dental clinics.
• Dawn continues her service to the profession as a member of the ADHA, CDHA and the local hygiene component in Santa Clara.
• She is active in keeping abreast with new techniques and technology in the field of hygiene by regularly attending continuing education courses.
• Dawn loves the world of dentistry and excels in understanding patient needs and caring for each patient from infants to adults individually, carefully, and gently.
• Outside of the dental office, Dawn enjoys spending her time with her 9 year old daughter and boyfriend. She is also a new aunt and enjoys spending time with her family. Dawn is an avid tennis player and played at the college level achieving the scholars athletes award. Currently she stays active with snowboarding, camping, hiking, jet skiing and cheering her daughter on the sidelines of her soccer games. She aspires to one day own a motorcycle, play poker, hike through Yosemite, and knit her own scarf.
